This Document is between OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD., and the undersigned buyer, dealer or end-user, which had purchased OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD. product.

OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD. provides provision of warranty to the following conditions;

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DIRECT VENDOR’S LIABILITY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, DISK, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

The direct vendor makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory with respect to the contents or use of this documentation, and especially disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose unless stated by OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO.,LTD..

Exchange Warranty

a. The buyer receives the 14 Day Limited Exchange Warranty since the date the product was received.

b. Underwrite Section 1a) states in sense of providing service of providing parts or exchange of the whole product when the product malfunctions. OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD. cannot warranty the product when OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD.’s manufactured product has malfunctioned due to extraordinary weather conditions such as; hurricane, typhoon, tsunami, earthquake or such in that matter or damage caused due to misuse, abuse or unsafe electrical conditions of the product.

Factory Warranty

a. The buyer receives a limited 1 year factory warranty when purchasing a OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD. product. An extended 2 year factory warranty can be received upon completion of the extended warranty form.

b. Underwrite Section 2a) states in sense of providing service in parts, not an exchange of the product when the product malfunctions. OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD. cannot warranty the product when OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD.’s manufactured product has malfunctioned due to extraordinary weather conditions such as; hurricane, typhoon, tsunami, earthquake or such in that matter or damage caused due to misuse, abuse or unsafe electrical conditions of the product.

c. Factory Warranty warranties the exchange of parts, and not the exchange of the entire product.

Labor Service

a. OIC OPTOELECTRONICS CO., LTD. will not provide service in relation to labor such as: installation, re-installation, or delivery.

b. In the case in which the LED sign cannot be repaired by the product holder, the sign can be sent in for repair in which the product holder is liable for all shipping charges.
