The “outward bound”are familiar but strange words.At present,the books and the networks are full of this kind of words.And nowadays the“outward bound”has become the most popular group activity in the world.

OIC Optoelectronic Co.,Ltd. organized the staff to take the outward bound training in the training base of Shenzhen Dapeng district on November 1st,2014. The purpose of the training was to strengthen enterprise culture construction and to smelt organization,coordination,communication and trust among teams. It is also to strengthen the employee's sense of responsibility, executive force and creativity. Finally, it still could help us foster the team efficient collaboration, gathering strength, melting team and being brave in exploitation”.

And make the staff develop individuals’determination to transcend themselves, conquer difficulties and overcome the psychological barriers.

The staff arrived on schedule to gather in the company at 06:30 on November 1st. And after we grouped the team,each of us had set foot on the bus to the training base of Shenzhen

Dapeng district with curious and excited mood.

The outward bound training of OIC Led Company started at 8:30a.m.We had three groups named snowwolf,dragonand lightning.We had three main training courses in this training event, which are The Three Countries Strive for Hegemony, Giant Step and Graduation Wall.

Before the beganing of training,each team had to confirm slogan and team song first.

Besides, during the time of showing team mien,the team needed to develop team work spirit in the whole day with higher spirit, more abundant energy and stronger responsibility.

Under the guidance of coach,teams were trained with goosestep and all transfer method etc.Each teammate,the waist and back straight and upright,explained the spirit of hardworking and discipline themselves through tears dripping off the brow and standing like a soldier with gleaming eyes on the training ground.It not only showed their faith of striving to exceed and pursuit of excellence but also the determination.

The course of Giant Step was made up of several people standing in a row.And each foot of people neighboring eachother was tied up to go forward with hand in hand.The accomplishment of the course fully demonstrated the importance of coordination and cohesiveness of each team.It also made us feel the point that if keeping step with each other and pulling together, we could finish the team assignment and enterprise’s target successfully and effectively. The individual goal achievement rely on the team goal achievement, and the team goal achievement needs each person in the team to come into play.

The Graduation Wall is one of important outward bound training courses,and always being the last team course.Its rule is that the winner is team which all staff climbs over the 4.2 meters high vertical wall without any tools and carriers.After the successful escape,the whole team cohesiveness, cooperation and coordination were strengthened strongly and teammates’emotion was always high.The teammates have already become the friends until death in their own words.This course made the staff learn the relationshipbetween individual goal and team goal,and the real victory is from the team victory.

The outward bound training came to end with joy,nervousness and excitement.The coach let us summarize the meaning from the training at the end of time. Different people gave different ideas,but all staff had the same inspiration that was united is victory,and if pulling together, we could be invincible and irresistible.There are words saying that one strand of silk doesn't make a thread; one tree doesn't make a forest.This outward bound training was temporary,but the influence to us was longterm.We believe that cooperation combat will be invincible and plough through.And we also will overcome all difficulties and obstacles with the inspiration and results from the training.
